Orders on the iStockCabinets.com website must be placed by individuals 18 years of age or older. You affirm that all information entered into the system is accurate. iStockCabinets.com reserves the right to refuse service, edit content, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its discretion.

 

Customers are accountable for the accuracy of orders, including shipping information. Any additional costs due to shipping errors are the customer's responsibility. Full payment is required for order processing. Canceled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

General Shipping Policies:

iStockCabinets.com utilizes third-party carriers for shipping. Carriers assume responsibility during transit. Orders typically process and ship within 5-15 business days (Monday through Friday). iStockCabinets.com does not guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for unforeseen circumstances or delays beyond its control. Shipping quotes are not guaranteed, and iStock Cabinets may modify estimates at its discretion.

 

Assembled Cabinet Ordering Policies:

Assembled cabinets are made-to-order and may take up to twenty-one (21) business days for processing, production, and shipping. iStock Cabinets LLC reserves the right to refuse service, edit content, or cancel assembled cabinet orders. Business hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (EST) and Saturday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm (EST). All online assembled cabinet orders are final, and customers must verify the confirmation email before placing orders. Customers are responsible for ensuring product fit in their designated space. No cancellations or returns are accepted for online assembled cabinet orders.

 

Assembled Cabinet Delivery & Shipping:

iStock Cabinets LLC offers in-home delivery service for assembled cabinet orders of at least three cabinets. Orders of fewer than three cabinets are shipped via regular ground services. Customers must schedule and accept delivery within 12 calendar days of receiving the final terminal arrival notification. Failure to do so may result in storage fees. Tractor trailer accessibility may affect delivery, and customers are responsible for accepting damaged orders.

 

Shipping to Canada & International:

iStockCabinets.com does not act as a registered importer of record for customs. Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and charges for orders shipping to Canada. iStock Cabinets does not ship internationally.

 

Receiving Policies:

Customers must establish a delivery appointment with the carrier upon reaching the final-destination terminal. Customers are responsible for any storage fees incurred. Residential delivery is curbside, and customers must inspect orders for visible damages or missing items during delivery. Damages and missing items must be noted on the delivery paperwork.

 

Return Policies:

Customers must initiate the return process within 30 days of product receipt. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Assembled cabinet orders are non-returnable. Returned accessories are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

 

Claims Policies:

Customers must document damages on the delivery paperwork and file a claim on iStockCabinets.com within 48 hours. Necessary information includes the order number, signed delivery paperwork, photographs of damages, and a list of damaged items. Replacement parts may take 7-10 business days.
