Our 3D Laminate (3DL) selection of wholesale kitchen cabinets includes a variety of solids, realistic woodgrains, abstracts, textures and glosses. 3DL is made from PVC, one of the most versatile polymers, and has consistent color, finish and surface quality from edge to edge. We source our film from highly regarded manufacturers and test each incoming lot for color and gloss consistency. We also contract with an independent research and development group that tests the physical properties of our laminates, including scratch and mar, impact and stain resistance. Profile detail is routed into the core and then covered with material. This process allows a seamless joint between the face and sides of doors and drawer fronts. A protective peel coat is applied to certain specialty materials.
